Jeffrey Neeman

Mr. Neeman served as Executive Vice President of Operations for ICES Ventures, a New York based technology holding company, where he assembled the executive management team and established, organized and lead over two dozen companies from their initial stages to profitability. Prior to this position, Jeff served as Vice President and General Counsel of the firm and managed all legal affairs of the company. Jeff was Director of Corporate Sales at IDTC where he was responsible for establishing the company’s Internet presence in Canada, demonstrating key international revenue prior to the Company’s initial public offering. He was associated with the law firm of Herzfeld and Rubin, P.C. and clerked for Federal Bankruptcy Judge Jeffrey Gallet. Jeff sits on the Board of Directors of several companies and not-for-profit institutions. He earned a BA from Queens College and has a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
 

Todd M. Hoffman

Immediately prior to joining Exodus Partners, Mr. Hoffman was Vice President and Strategic Analyst at ICES Ventures. His duties included analyzing the industries and companies ICES invested in or partnered with. Prior to joining ICES Ventures, Hoffman served as the CEO of Whirlwind Entertainment, Inc. a Los Angeles based film development company that he founded. Prior to forming Whirlwind, Todd received his JD from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He studied law at the University of Amsterdam and was employed by the law firms Levitt & Quinn in Los Angeles and Drinker, Biddle and Reath in Philadelphia. Todd attended Boston University’s School of Management and conducted extensive business analysis for Honeywell, Europe, Inc. in Brussels.
 

Robert Harrow
Financial Consultant

Mr. Harow is Senior Vice President at Gerard Klauer Mattison, an international investment-banking firm. Robert manages GKM’s European Corporate Finance divisions as well as international venture capital opportunities. Robert completed over $2 billion in financing and advisory work and opened GKM's first international office in Tel Aviv. Prior to joining GKM, he worked in high net worth money management. He earned a degree in Finance from the Yeshiva University Business School.
 

David Lubin, Esq.
SEC Attorney

Mr. Lubin specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on emerging growth companies. David provides the same quality service to start-up companies as he does when he represents publicly traded companies. He initially practiced M&A at Shearman and Sterling, and spent two years practicing law in Israel. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1989 with honors, and received an MBA from Baruch College in the same year.
